Flix Store: What It Is, What It Makes, and How to Order

Flix (Flix Store) is a digital design store for content creators and server owners, owned by FLIX STORE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Flix makes animated stream alerts, full identities for streamers, designs for FiveM and Discord servers, and banners for online stores, and delivers all of it digitally.

What is Flix?

Flix is an online store that makes digital design: everything a streamer, a server owner or a store owner needs to appear under one tidy identity. Flix sells nothing that ships; everything in the store is a design file delivered online.

The names all mean the same store: Flix and Flix Store, and in Arabic فليكس, متجر فليكس and فليكس ستور. Its one address on the web is flix-store.com.

What Flix Store makes

Stream alerts

What Flix is best known for. Ready-made alerts, animated and full-screen, for Kick, Twitch and YouTube — donation alerts, and tap alerts for TikTok — each with a video preview to watch before you order. Changing the name, logo or colors is included in the price, and the file arrives as a WEBM with a transparent background. For something of your own, order a custom alert design at the length you choose.

A streamer's identity

The stream packages bring a whole stream identity together for streamers on Kick, Twitch, YouTube and TikTok LIVE: logo, stream screens, a transition and panels. If you need one piece, it is among the single stream designs.

FiveM designs

The FiveM packages are split by server framework — VRP, ESX or CFW — and cover the logo, the banners and what shows in the game. The single FiveM designs offer the loading screen, banner, phone, menus and announcements one by one.

Discord designs

The Discord packages are matching designs for your server: logo, banner, bot images, divider, and welcome and rules images. The same pieces are available singly under Discord designs.

Designs for online stores

The store packages include the logo, main banners, and category and product banners, with the same available singly under store designs.

Who Flix is for

• Streamers who want alerts, screens and a logo in one style rather than gathered from different places.
• FiveM server owners setting up a server from the server list to what shows in the game.
• Discord server owners who want a server that looks ordered, from its icon to its rules image.
• Online store owners who need banners and an identity ready to publish.

How to order from Flix Store

1. Choose the design from the collections or the product page, and look at the preview before you order.
2. Write your order details on the order details page — your channel or server name and your logo, depending on the product.
3. Pay online through the store's secure checkout.
4. Receive your design digitally, via Discord or Google Drive.

Delivery, payment and refunds at Flix

• Delivery: fully digital, via Discord or a Google Drive link. The delivery link is sent to your email and your order notification. Turnaround varies by product and is shown on each product's page.
• Payment: credit cards, e-wallets and bank transfer, depending on your country, through Shopify's secure checkout.
• Refunds: because these are custom digital services, sales are final once work has started. Refunds are accepted for duplicate payments or when work has not started yet, provided you get in touch within 48 hours of payment. The details are in the refund policy.

Ready-made and custom, exclusive and non-exclusive

Ready-made alerts and designs at Flix are non-exclusive: the name or logo is changed for your channel or server, and the underlying design may be sold to other customers. A custom alert gives you a choice when you order: non-exclusive, or exclusive, where the design stays yours alone and is not resold.

Is Flix Store legitimate?

These are facts you can check for yourself:

• Secure payment: you pay through Shopify's checkout, not by a direct transfer outside the store.
• A written policy: the refund terms are published in the refund policy before you pay.
• A preview before you buy: ready-made alerts have a video preview on each product page.
• Direct contact: the Flix team is on Discord and WhatsApp, at the support center, and at support@flix-store.com.
